Steelers have signed former Louisville defensive tackle Roy Philon
On Monday, the Steelers signed free agent Roy Philon, a defensive end that was most recently with the Detroit Lions, according to Ed Bouchette.

Philon, who has yet to play in a regular season game, played four seasons for the University of Louisville. During his time with the Cardinals, the 6-3, 291 pound Philon totaled eight sacks, 117 tackles and 24.5 tackles for loss. His senior year, Philon recorded four sacks and 42 tackles that included 14 stops for loss.
