Running Back

Where do you play college football? 

South Carolina State University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

Assisting with the Special Olympics

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Kinesiology

Where are you from? 

Charlotte, NC

Who is your role model, and why? 

My grandmother is my role model because she lives an exemplary life that honors God.

Did you play any other sports growing up? 

Baseball, Track and Basketball

Did you play any other positions in football?

Defensive Back, Kick Return, Punt Return

At your position, what separates you from others? 

My vision, my catching ability out of the back field and the ability to elusive the defense.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for? 

I look for he opponents’ tendencies  as well as their strengths and weaknesses.

Vic Beasley

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

I would compare myself to  Darren Sproles because he plays multiple position, he is a very fast runner and catches the ball out of the back field.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

My biggest obstacle was not feeling like I was good enough to play at the next level. I overcame this by training on a daily basis, multiple times a day and praying continuously. Getting positive feedback from family and reading inspirational books.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

Praying once I enter the field.

What is your biggest strength? 

My vision

What is your biggest weakness? 

Over thinking the run instead of relying on my athletic ability.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

 I am an honest, loyal, Christian  young man, who has great athletic ability to play any position you want me to play.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Marshall Faulk/  Falcons

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

Martin Luther King Jr., Grandfather, Socrates

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
