Mike Mayock has Carson Wentz as the top quarterback prospect

Mike Mayock is one of the better talent evaluator’s in the NFL and he recently released his top five positional rankings for the 2016 NFL Draft. Mayock has Carson Wentz the small school gunslinger from North Dakota State University as his top quarterback in the draft.
