Where do you play college football? 

Florida Tech University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

I taught a P.E class for free at a after school program in Alameda California and made some amazing relationships with some of the kids. I also gave food to a shelter in Melbourne Florida numerous times and helped serve it and it was a very humbling experience.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Where are you from? 

Alameda, Ca

Who is your role model, and why?

 My mother Gail Norris is my biggest role model, she is because of all the adversity I’ve watched her go through as a young man growing up and see how composed and spiritual she was to stay positive and focused to get through the situations and never quit.

Did you play any other sports growing up? 

I played basketball and ran Track

Did you play any other positions in football? 

I played basketball and ran Track

At your position, what separates you from others? 

My experience of always being younger and playing up grades playing against older talent. Great hands explosive and coach able I’m always willing to learn.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

When breaking down film on me I always look at my mistakes and what I could have done to change the situation and watching others I watch their tendencies and their attitudes how they carry themselves.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

In high school I faced a running back named Nico Dumont he was 6’0 220 it was a long night.

MiltonIf you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

TY Hilton and Larry Fitzgerald, because I can take the top off and I can block as well with pretty good hands.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it? 

My mother and I were homeless for a few years when I was in elementary and we would move from house to house and I never really understood why because she always made things happened I would say I made it through because of her she never cried or at least never showed any negativity about the situation in front of me and of course Jesus.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

I just pray and read my bible

What is your biggest strength? 

Overcoming anything life has to throw at me

What is your biggest weakness? 

Watching my mother get older and seeing her health fade away is a big weakness for me. Not knowing how I’m going to take it.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

I would tell you that I went to a small school but I work like I’m already on the NFL and that you could ask any coach I’ve ever had about me and you won’t hear no negativity on or off the field accept that I can be very passionate and don’t like to lose. And that you will never regret giving me a contract we might both end up in the Hall of Fame honestly.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

Jerry Rice never really had a favorite team only the 49ers when he was playing.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

I would have dinner with my best friend Daniel Masaniai he was my brother. My auntie Diane Norris that was my moms sister but she was my everything. And Walter Payton

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

My mom a old school house she always wanted
