Fort Lewis College

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field

I’ve talked to a group of high school kids about staying motivated and not letting temptation lead you from your goals and from graduating from high school and going to college. it was more than the typical if I can do it you can do it too speech it was more about them finding their own reasons to graduate and sticking to it!

Business Law & Ethics

San Jose, CA

Who is your role model, and why?

My mom, she raised 5 children practically by herself and me being the youngest and seeing how successful my brothers and sisters are i could only imagine how she did it. shes impacted my life in ways explainable and i cant do anything but praise and be thankful for playing both roles in my life and guiding me to where I am today.

Taking care of my mom when she had a brain tumor/stroke when I was just a sophomore in high school then soon after she got over the sickness my dad passed away on SR night. mentally keeping focus on schoolwork and the sports I participated in was a battle itself but staying positive and keeping faith that everything will work itself out was the only thing I could do to keep my head above water

i love the game of football I’ve been playing since i was 7 years old and every game feels like I’m strapping em up for the first time. I’m a playmaker on the offense and both return games, over the course of my career I have not taken a lot of big hits, I’m durable, and wont let someone else out work me. I’m a great teammate/ person fun to be around and will bring my winning attitude to any locker room you put me in.
