Steve Smith of the Ravens just announced that he is coming back next year
When you love the game it is hard to walk away. That is what Steve Smith is going through. The Baltimore Ravens wide out announced this year that he would be done with football, after this year but things have changed. The former Carolina Panthers draft pick announced on his Twitter today that he would be returning in 2016.
