NFL Draft Diamonds Week 15 Picks and Predictions

Draft Diamonds LogoWe are just a couple weeks away from the playoffs and our overall record is pitiful. We are 113-81 on the year, but this week we have talked with a guru from Florida to bring you some good picks.  I think this week we dominate, Let’s see the Picks and Predictions.

Chicago Bears v. Minnesota Vikings

Minnesota Vikings are at home and getting close to reaching the playoffs. They need this game, and can beat the Bears. Adrian Peterson shreds the Bears defense and the Vikings win in a close one. 23-20.

Atlanta Falcons v. Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars are close to making the playoffs themselves, but they have a pissed off Falcons team in the way. The Falcons once looked like a team to beat but they have since fallen apart.  Today though, we take the Falcons and expect them to beat the Jags.  27-17 Falcons.

Houston Texans v. Indianapolis Colts

I think the Colts pull this one off. They get by a very weak game, when Adam Vinatieri hits a game winner with 30 seconds left.  Colts win 9-6

Carolina Panthers v. New York Giants

Carolina Panthers are upset because people are still making them the underdog. We need to stop doing this, because they are legit.  Carolina will win every game in the season.  Panthers win easily 42-21

Tennessee Titans v. New England Patriots

I would love to see the Patriots lose, but let’s face it, it is not going to happen. Mariota and the Titans try to score a touchdown and can barely succeed.  Titans 13- Patriots 40

Buffalo Bills v. Washington Redskins

The Washington Redskins need this game more than the Bills, but the Bills find a way to get it done in D.C..  The Bills win in dominating fashion, as they move to even on the season.  Bills win 35 to 17, and they pick off Kirk Cousins three times one for a touchdown.

Kansas City Chiefs v. Baltimore Ravens

Chiefs and Andy Reid are able to get another win. They are the hottest team in football, and even without their best pass rusher (Justin Houston), they still dominate the Ravens offense.  Chiefs 24-13 over the Ravens

Cleveland Browns v. Seattle Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks and the Browns get into a shoot out. While many think Russell Wilson will dominate the game, it is actually Johnny Manziel who has a great game.  The thing is he makes a critical mistake near the end of the game and does not cover up the ball. The Seahawks recover the ball and score a touchdown with minutes remaining to win. 34-28 the Seahawks pull it off.

Green Bay Packers v. Oakland Raiders

Green Bay Packers keep it going, by beating the very good Raiders offense. This loss for the Raiders is huge, because it likely puts a stop to their playoff run.  I would love to see the Raiders win today, but the Packers and Aaron Rodgers somehow get it done.  Packers 19- Raiders 17

Denver Broncos v. Pittsburgh Steelers

Brock Osweiler is overrated, and today the Steelers get the win.  It is time the Broncos put Peyton Manning back in the game. The Broncos defense is able to keep Antonio Brown and the Steelers in check for the most part, but Martavis Bryant opens it up with a huge touchdown at the end of the game. Steelers 23- Broncos 17

Miami Dolphins v. San Diego Chargers

Philip Rivers and the Chargers put up big numbers against Brent Grimes and the Phins.  The Chargers with no receivers are able to get the win over the Phins and they do it in convincing fashion.  Chargers are looking more and more like a candidate for Los Angeles.  Chargers win 28-24

Cincinnati Bengals v. San Francisco 49ers

Bengals have been playing playoff football all year, but they are able to get it done with A.J. McCarron at the helm. Bengals win in an overtime spectacular. 21 -20

Arizona Cardinals v. Philadelphia Eagles

The Arizona Cardinals are one of the best football teams in the NFL, and they are playing a very tough Eagles team.  The Eagles could get a win but it is hard to go against the Cardinals right now. The Eagles should not have beaten the Bills last week. Cardinals win 42-13

Detroit Lions v. New Orleans Saints

The Saints at home are hard to beat.  The Lions are playing well but if Calvin Johnson cannot play that is huge. I choose the Saints to win in a low scoring game.  Saints win 14-10 over the Lions.
