Fort Hays State University 

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

I take kids to the field the day before the game and run around with them. I also participate in University Heroes program at my university. 

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Sex crimes 

Where are you from?

Atlanta, GA

Who is your role model, and why?

Cam Newton,  He have fun while playing the game and out the kids first. 

Did you play any other sports growing up?  

I played, basketball, lacrosse, baseball and ran track . 

Did you play any other positions in football?

I’ve played  RB, WR, FS/SS and I returned kicks.

At your position, what separates you from others?

I’m a dual threat that runs like a running back.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for a teams tendencies and players tendencies.  Tendencies are apart of your character as a football player. They don’t  change very often. 

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Brandon Dixon 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Anquan Boldin in his prime. 

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

To watch my Mom be a victim of domestic violence. 

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Run around the whole field

What is your biggest strength?

Understand football and my ability to make people miss. 

What is your biggest weakness?

I haven’t been able to play other positions in the last year besides me running the ball as a QB. 

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I would tell him that I love the game of football. Growing up, all I ever wanted to do is meet a professional athlete. It’s not about the money, it’s a bout setting a great example for kids  and giving back. I will do everything asked of me and earn everything that is given. It’s only so many people that can be a professional athlete and if I had they opportunity, I wouldn’t waste it. 

As a small school football player what obstacles do you feel you have to overcome?

I feel like I have to overcome recognition process. I have to do more than others to be recognized for my talents when my talents are surely Better than a lot of division 1 players.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Michael Vick

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

My mom, Marsha Albert,  Herschel walker and Warren Moon.

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

A house for Mom.
