Colts make several roster moves today; Sign two linebackers
The Colts announced a series of roster moves on Tuesday including signing CB Jalil Brown to a contract and placing ILB Nate Irving on season-ending injured reserve.
Colts promoted ILB Amarlo Herrera to their active roster, and the team also signed LB Edwin Jackson to their practice squad.
Herrerra played college football at Georgia, and was drafted by the Colts in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
Edwin Jackson was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Arizona Cardinals but was released. Jackson earned the nickname pound cake in Arizona.
