We are learning that Merril Bud Noel the former undrafted free agent cornerback from Wake Forest has been promoted to the Buffalo Bills 53 man roster.

Noel is a very good nickel corner who is not afraid to come up and lay the wood. 

Noel had a great preseason and the Bills really like him moving forward.
