Saints have signed full back Austin Johnson to their practice squad

The New Orleans Saints signed FB Austin Johnson to their practice squad and waived OT Bryan Witzmann from the unit, according to the NFL transactions release.

Johnson played college football at the University of Tennessee and attended Hickory High School in Hickory, North Carolina.

Johnson is the only fullback on the roster or practice squad. The team released Bryan Witzmann who was a small school offensive tackle from South Dakota State.
