Raiders cut DE C.J. Wilson; Promote safety Tevin McDonald
The Oakland Raiders promoted S Tevin McDonald from their practice squad, and released DE C.J. Wilson.

McDonald played college football at Eastern Washigton. He is the brother of TJ McDonald of the Rams.
