Eagles place Jerome Couplin on I/R; Promote safety Ed Reynolds

The Eagles placed safety Jerome Couplin on injured reserve and promoted safety Ed Reynolds to their active roster.

Couplin played college football at William & Mary. He went undrafted in the 2014 NFL Draft before signing with the Detroit Lions.

Reynolds was drafted by the Eagles in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at Stanford. His father is the former NFL linebacker and league official of the same name, Ed Reynolds.
