The 49ers announced defensive lineman Kaleb Ramsey, a 2014 seventh-round pick who was a member of their practice squad, has been suspended without pay for the next four games for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances.

Agent Thomas Santanello to me on #49ers DE Kaleb Ramsey’s 4 game suspension: “He took an over the counter supplement from GNC that contained a banned substance. It was a mistake. He is very apologetic.”
