Should the Buffalo Bills call Terrell Owens or Randy Moss?

Randy Moss is one of the best wide outs to ever play the game. He says "Who Cares about air"
Randy Moss is one of the best wide outs to ever play the game. Could you imagine him in Buffalo?

The Buffalo Bills may have the most depleted wide receiving core in the entire NFL. Right now they have Percy Harvin injured, Sammy Watkins in a walking boot, Marcus Easley with an injury, and Marquise Goodwin out with an injury, which leaves them with Robert Woods, Chris Hogan and Denarius Moore.  The Bills did have two wide outs on their practice squad, but the Raiders signed Walter Powell off the Bills practice squad last week, leaving them only Dezmin Lewis.

Even if the Buffalo Bills call up Dezmin Lewis, what are they going to do? They have do not have enough weapons right now.  The Bills truly lack a leader in the group. Sammy Watkins is supposed to be a leader, but he is not acting like a leader. The Bills need to find a veteran out there to come in and get this young group of guys fired up.

You may think I am crazy, but why not sign a veteran like Terrell Owens or Randy Moss?  Right now the Buffalo Bills are 3-3, their star wide out Sammy Watkins is in a walking boot, and Percy Harvin’s hip is not getting any better. The Bills need a target.  The Bills best wide out right now is Charles Clay. If a team double teams Clay they can beat the Bills.

If the Bills have EJ Manuel or Tyrod Taylor at quarterback, they will need to find a deep target.  This is why I think Moss or Owens would be the best option.

Randy Moss is the better option, he is 38 years old, and would immediately make the Bills young team better. Moss is a leader and is a guy that is arguably the best wide out to ever play the game. Owens on the other hand is 41, but probably in better shape right now than 50 percent of the receivers in the game now. He was also a class act in Buffalo when he was in town. He loved the city, and the city loved him. Could you imagine Rex Ryan and T.O. on the same team in upstate New York……
