Rich are getting Richer; Cardinals sign LB Dwight Freeney to a one year deal
Rand Getlin of NFL Media reports that the Arizona Cardinals are signing veteran OLB Dwight Freeney to a one-year contract on Monday. This is a perfect example of the rich getting richer. Rand Getlin feels that Dwight Freeney still has “plenty of gas in the tank.”
A few months ago, Freeney mentioned during an interview with Sirius XM NFL Radio that he was still hoping to play in 2015, but added “its gotta be the right situation.”
This is an amazing signing by the Arizona Cardinals who are punishing football teams right now.
