Redskins worked out multiple players this week
This week the Washington Redskins were busy trying to update their emergency lists. The Redskins were primarily looking for a defensive lineman/linebacker and a wide out after reviewing the players that worked out.
According to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post the Redskins worked out seven players including WR Tommy Streeter, WR Nick Harwell, DL Anthony Johnson, DL Toby Johnson, LB Ronald Powell, DE Kelcy Quarles, and DL Julius Warmsley.
Streeter was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami. Streeter was probably the biggest name of the bunch. Kelcy Quarles was another highly rated player coming out of college. He was in trouble a few times before going undrafted out of South Carolina. Quarles was signed as an undrafted free agent to the Giants.
