Raiders LB Shelby Harris has been promoted; Tevin McDonald has been cut
The Oakland Raiders released former Eastern Washington safety Tevin McDonald today.
In a corresponding move, Shelby Harris the former Illinois State pass rusher will get the promotin from the practice squad.
