Colts have cut QB Josh Johnson

Today the Indianapolis Colts released veteran quarterback Josh Johnson. Johnson was released and then re-signed last week when Andrew Luck was ruled out by the team.  Johnson played college football at San Diego, and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft.

Johnson has been a member of the Sacramento Mountain Lions, Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals.

Johnson is an athletic quarterback, but Matt Hasselbeck the 40 year old gunslinger is 2-0.
