Bills sign RB Boom Herron to their 53 man roster and WR Walter Powell to their PS
The Buffalo Bills have signed WR Walter Powell to their practice squad, according to his agent Brian McLaughlin. 
The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday that they’ve signed former Colts RB Dan Herron to a contract and placed TE MarQueis Gray on season-ending injured reserve.
