Titans have re-signed Tight End Chase Coffman
The Tennessee Titans officially re-signed TE Chase Coffman on Monday, according to the NFL Transactions release. Coffman was unfortunately among the team’s final roster cuts, but was able to make it back on the roster. 
In the corresponding move the Titans placed rookie RB David Cobb on injured reserve with the designation to return.
