The Texans worked out a pair of offensive tackles Tuesday, one day after learning that starting offensive lineman Jeff Adams was out for the season with a torn patellar tendon in his right knee.
The Texans signed tackle Edawn Coughman to the practice squad and worked out tackle Jesse Davis, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.
Meanwhile, the Texans cut quarterback Zac Dysert and offensive tackle Joseph Treadwell from the practice squad.
