According to Adam Caplan, the Redskins will promote OLB Houston Bates from their practice squad on Saturday. 
@caplannfl: #Redskins are going to sign OLB Houston Bates from their practice squad today, source said.
Bates, 24, is an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech. He was apart of the Redskins’ roster cuts this offseason, but was added back to the practice squad.
