Redskins re-sign DE Frank Kearse; Release 2nd round pick David Amerson
The Washington Redskins placed CB David Amerson on waivers Monday and re-signed DE Frank Kearse, according to the NFL transactions release. 
Amerson was a second round pick of the Redskins. I have a feeling he will be signed tomorrow by someone.
