Redskins lose both Desean Jackson and Duke Ihenacho for multiple weeks

Did the Eagles try to kill the career of DeSean Jackson?

DeSean Jackson will miss multiple weeks with a hamstring injury

Yesterday, the Redskins fans hearts weren’t the only things injured. According to multiple sources, both DeSean Jackson and Duke Ihenacho will miss time.

Redskins SS Duke Ihenacho needs surgery for a fractured wrist, and will be sidelined 6-8 weeks, according to National Football Post. While ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports DeSean Jackson (hamstring) will be sidelined 3-4 weeks.

Ihenacho has been plagued by injuries during his two years in Washington. It’s possible he’ll be sent to injured reserve. He’ll be replaced by some combination of Jeron Johnson and Trent Robinson.
The Redskins are banged up right now, and will need someone to step up.
