Raiders are hosting QB Phillip Sims tomorrow for a workout

The Oakland Raiders are interested in small school quarterback Phillip Sims. Sims played at Alabama and Virginia before ending up at Winston Salem State University.

The kid tore up the preseason leading the team on a scoring drive in every game.
