Colts Arthur Jones need surgery and could miss the entire year

Arthur Jones could miss the start of the season

Arthur Jones could miss the entire season

Huge news in Indianapolis today, as Arthur Jones the key component to their defensive line has been lost and maybe for the entire season. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media Insiders, Arthur Jones needs surgery on his ankle and could miss the entire year.

Rapoport said that Jones is a candidate for injured reserve with the designation to return, but Jones may have joint damage as well, and there’s still a chance he could be placed on season-ending injured reserve.

This would be a huge loss for the Colts, so it will be interesting to see what happens with Jones going forward.
