Today the Carolina Panthers signed former Cal (PA), offensive center Eric Kush to their practice squad. Kush played college football for California (PA). Kush was selected by the Chiefs in the 6th round (170th overall selection) of the 2013 NFL Draft

Kush was recently claimed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after being released by the Chiefs.  After a short stint with the Buccaneers, Kush was released.  Kush was released from the Buccaneers 53 man roster when the team signed veteran guard/center Joe Hawley.

Kush will be a very good signing for the Panthers, and the kid is very versatile.
