Has Cleveland finally found their guy?

Has Cleveland finally found their guyBy: Justin Walters @SportsRuckus

Playing the Quarterback position is an art but what the definition of art is highly debated. In a league where the same cast of cast of characters keep getting and losing starting jobs, the search for a QB that can find NFL success is “Real”.

There are some talented young players who the jury is still out on. The guy we will address in this article is the definition of trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. None other than Johnny Manziel, he is a smart kid and a scouts nightmare. It’s unfair to judge him off last year but the next 2 years will prove a lot for him and affect similar players that will come after him. He can’t run a base offense, which is something that bothers me but that may be ok because of his ability to think and create on the fly.

Last year he put his toe in the water and realized this ain’t college anymore and these grown men can run and are trying to take your head off. Johnny is still figuring out what he can get away with in the pros when it comes to athletic ability and forcing throws but a major key is understanding your limitations. Johnny is smart enough to adjust his style to what will work and find some measure of success.

The successful plays will show his artistry while his bad plays will be horrific. Somewhere in the middle is still better than most and will likely be fun to watch. His style of play is not really my cup of tea but everything may work out in the end for the artist formerly known as Johnny Football. We will see!!
