Evan Mathis will make his decision this week according to his agent
Drew Rosenhaus said today that Pro Bowl offensive guard Evan Mathis will have a new home this week. Mathis left his Saturday meeting with the Seahawks without a contract, but reports suggest Seattle remains an option. The Dolphins, Titans and Chiefs have also been mentioned as possibilities
“The news is we’ll have a decision on a team by the end of this week,” Rosenhaus said during his weekly appearance on South Florida’s WSVN-7.
He played college football at Alabama, and was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. Mathis has played for the Miami Dolphins, Cincinnati Bengals, and Philadelphia Eagles.
