A Tallahassee jury has found Florida State star Dalvin Cook not guilty on a charge of misdemeanor battery, needing just 25 minutes of deliberation.

@SportsCenter: THIS JUST IN: Jury finds Florida State RB Dalvin Cook not guilty of misdemeanor battery.

@JShankerESPN: As far as Dalvin Cook’s FSU football career goes, he said “It’s time to go to work.”

Cook was accused of punching Madison Geohegan, a Tallahassee woman multiple times in the face outside a bar in July. He was suspended indefinitely upon being arrested, but denied the accusation through his defense attorney, maintaining that he never punched the woman.
