Browns sign running backs Timothy Flanders and Jalen Parmele
The Cleveland Browns have signed two running backs today according to their site. Both Tim Flanders and Jalen Parmele were signed.
In addition, the club waived WR Kevin Cone and DB Brandon Stephens.
Flanders was a standout at Sam Houston State University. He could be a steal for the Browns who are banged up right now at the running back position.
