Browns GM Ray Farmer says “I turned over my cellphone, I admitted my mistake”

Are Mike Pettine and Ray Farmer beefing with one another?
Ray Farmer says he handed the NFL his cell phone

Integrity is a great thing, but many people lack in everyday life. Browns general manager Ray Farmer has no problem admitting he did wrong by using his cell phone during a game to send messages.  The general manager talked to Cleveland.com about his situation, after many wondered why Tom Brady did not turn over his phone.  Farmer admitted he was wrong.

Farmer, who is suspended for the first four games of the season for texting members of the Browns’ coaching staff during games, says he allowed the NFL to view his phone as part of its investigation.

“I turned over my cell phone,” Farmer said, via Cleveland.com. “Again, I made the mistake. I made the admission. It is what it is. I’ll deal with any penalty I got. If they saw fit to be lenient, than that was their call; it wasn’t mine.”

This is integrity, while he was wrong, he still told the truth.  Many won’t even admit when they do something wrong. Would you?
