Bills might have something special in Tyrod Taylor
Last night, Tyrod Taylor performed very good against the second team defense of the Carolina Panthers, and while I know it is only pre-season, Tyrod showed flashes.
Taylor completed 5-of-8 passes for 49 yards to go along with six rushes for 47 yards while working with the second-team offense. For what it’s worth, Cassel finished the game completing 7 of 8 passes for 45 yards passing, and even EJ Manuel had 77 yards and a touchdown, but Taylor was different.
Taylor used his legs, looked smart and made some amazing plays. Because of the play Rex Ryan named Tyrod the starting quarterback for this week’s game against the Browns.
I am not going to say the Buffalo Bills found their Russell Wilson, but he might be the best quarterback they have, and the closest thing to Wilson.
