Former Baltimore Ravens running back has been trying hard to get a second chance in the NFL, but Ray Rice now has some major backing. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the National Violence Prevention Organization is now advocating that Ray Rice be given a second chance in the NFL.

According to NFL general managers and personnel directors, Rice is seen as declining player at a young man’s position, where there are abundant options. His rushing yards, average per carry and touchdown totals declined in each of his final three years with the Ravens.
