Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that former 49ers and Bears DL Ray McDonald is facing multiple charges stemming from a domestic violence incident that led to him being released by the Bears.
McDonald is facing up to 3 years in prison.
The charges McDonald is facing includes: felony false imprisonment, misdemeanor domestic violence, child endangerment and violating court order to stay away from the victim. McDonald is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m.
