Nick Saban feels NFL Draft Grades played a part in the Sugar Bowl loss
Alabama coach Nick Saban feels his team was sidetracked by NFL Draft grades. He feels the chemistry went down because his players were playing not to get hurt, rather than finishing the season.
Saban said Wednesday at SEC media day one factor was that six juniors received their evaluations for the NFL draft during that period. He wants that date pushed back until after the final game to prevent possible distractions.
Ohio State beat Alabama 42-35 in the semifinals of the College Football Playoffs en route to the national title.
