1) Joe Philbin- As a head coach he is 23 and 25 in a three year stint. I think this season he has all the players he needs to get his team into the playoffs. His quarterback has another year under his belt and is ready to ride his defense and star skill player on offense to a successful year. If not, Joe can find himself finding a new home. He needs to truly be able to tap the potential of his young players because his job has never been any hotter.

2) Tom Coughlin- I know he has won two Super Bowls. I know that he has experience. But, after almost not coming back this season and Giants fans calling for his job. He know has talent to be able to move forward in the NFC East and try for the title. He isn’t getting any younger and with another non-playoff season. Tom could find himself being an assistant head coach for another team or has the option to retire. He would leave the game with a very good pedigree.

3) Jay Gruden- Washington is known for not keeping things in place for long. Jay Gruden was supposed to be the quarterback guru and was supposed to help RG3 develop better than Mike did. If the Redskins can’t seem to see any progress in Mr. Snyder’s favorite player he gave up a ton to get. The Redskins may have no choice but to hire another coach. The Redskins may not have to make the playoffs but they have to improve and their QB play no doubt a big piece.

4) Gus Bradley- I personally like Gus Bradley and I feel that now they have a quarterback with potential. They can only go up. With the defense being controlled by Gus it will be a success. What scares me is if Blake doesn’t have a good year and there banking on TJ Yeldon to carry the load for this offense. They now have a good group of young wide outs. If the Jaguars are worse than last year which I don’t see happening, Gus Bradley with this up and coming team could find himself with a different job.

5) Chip Kelly- I know I will hear from people from this. But with the moves the Eagles made this offseason. If this back fires in his face and they somehow fail to make the post season again. Maybe not this year but next year could be without a job. It’s still early in the process but Chip Kelly is banking that he doesn’t need talent on offense to have success. He has added to the defense but his offense could be less talented. We shall see what happens. But with Chip in charge of all personnel decisions it all rides on him this season.
