Titans have signed veteran center Fernando Velasco and placed CB on I/R
Today the Tennessee Titans signed veteran center Fernando Velasco, to fill their 90 man roster. The team placed cornerback Brandon Harris on the injured reserve to complete the transaction.
Velasco, a former undrafted rookie, became a full-time starter for the Titans in 2012, starting all 16 games.
Velasco played with the Steelers and the Panthers before returning to the Titans.
