NFL will make double the amount they were getting from GM from Hyundai

NFL has suspended 18 draft picks since 1980, Guess which team leads?

Hyundai is paying boo coo money to the NFL

General Motors is no longer the sponsor of the NFL, and that is because Hyundai the foreign car dealer put up ridiculous money. According to Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio, Hyundai is breaking off the NFL 50 million per season, twice as much as General Motors was paying.

Report: Hyundai will pay the NFL $50 million per year, twice what GM was paying

The NFL can still work out a deal with General Motors as well. Hyundai didn’t obtain total exclusivity; per ESPN Darren Rovell, the NFL can (and surely will) sell the truck category separately, giving that vehicle to the Super Bowl MVP.
