Mo Wilkerson will end his hold off with the New York Jets. The Jets will get their defensive end back, and is expected to be there today.

After a week of back-and-forth, it appears Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson will be in attendance when the Jets convene for mini-camp today, according to Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com.

“It’s a business; I guess it takes a long time,” Wilkerson said of a long-term contract extension. “This is new to me. But, hopefully, something will get done soon.”

Wilkerson is entering the final year of his rookie deal after the Jets exercised their fifth-year option. He is due to make $6.9 million this year, but wants a long-term deal from the Jets.
