Bucs have claimed former Browns punter Spencer Lanning

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have claimed former Browns punter Spencer Lanning. Lanning was waived by the Browns after they traded for Andy Lee this past weekend.

Some Bucs news as well: Tampa Bay is claiming former Browns punter Spencer Lanning off waivers today. Will compete for starting job.

Lanning was just one of four punters last season to average less than five seconds of hang time on his boots.
