Robert Kraft did not appeal the Patriots punishment to help Tom Brady out
Many Football fans feel Robert Kraft did not appeal his million dollar fine and loss of draft picks only to benefit Tom Brady. Well it sounds like that is the case. 
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft hopes his decision not to appeal his team’s punishment for the Deflategate controversy will help Tom Brady’s appeal of his four-game suspension, according to Larry King.
