Bucs were not the only team that wanted DJ Swearinger; Jets also put in a claim
When the Houston Texans released former second round pick everyone knew teams would put in a claim. Well the Buccaneers claimed him with the first waiver spot. They were not the only team though. According to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News, the Jets also put in a claim for him.
