Texans have added another veteran wide out
The Houston Texans increased the competition at wide receiver when they signed veteran WR Nate Washington. 
Washington, 31, and Cecil Shorts III are veteran receivers the Texans have signed in free agency. Washington got a one-year contract for $1 million, including $30,000 guaranteed.
This is a good signing because Washington is a veteran deep threat.
