Former Buccaneers GM says he would draft Mariota over Winston

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are likely to draft Jameis Winston, but former GM Mark Dominik says he would draft Marcus Mariota.

When Dominik was asked if he was still the GM of the Buccaneers, who would he draft ge said Mariota.
