Cowboys Romo promised Duke’s center Jahlil Okafor a Super Bowl in exchange for a NCAA Championship
SportingNews.com’s Caroline Sikes found an Instagram picture that Duke center Jahlil Okafor posted in early 2014. The image shows a yet-to-be-champion Okafor posing alongside Romo with a caption outlining their agreement: an NCAA championship for a Super Bowl.
“Selfie with Tony Romo last night at the Duke game. Said he’s apart of the Duke fam too. Our deal is for me to win a national championship next year and for him to win the Super Bowl. #Duke #Cowboys #ItsJustDifferent.”
It sounds like Romo has an agreement to keep. The problem is they need a running back. If they can land Adrian Peterson, it could become a reality.
