Tonight when Todd McShay and Mel Kiper Jr., began to make their Mock Draft on ESPN 2, after Todd McShay selected Randy Gregory, 14th overall to the Saints, Bill Polian went off. The former GM said some mean things about Randy Gregory saying he should not be taken. Well, he is not the only one saying that. Today Mike Mayock said Gregory could call to the bottom half of the first round. This is a really far drop for someone who is an elite talent, but maybe he just doesn’t get it…
“I’ve had a bunch of teams in the bottom half of the first round going, uh oh, we’ve got to be all over this guy from our owner, because you might have to bring him into this conversation, from our owner down to our coaching staff,” Mayock said.
