Broncos sign former Raiders defensive lineman Antonio Smith
Denver Broncos signed DL Antonio Smith, formerly of the Raiders, to a one-year, $2 million contract.
Smith appeared headed back to Houston, but instead will remain in the AFC West.
A versatile talent along the defensive line who can still generate some pass-rushing heat, Smith should serve as a situational pass rusher for Gary Kubiak’s Broncos. Smith played for Kubiak in Houston.
