Adam Schefter feels now the Eagles could have a chance to land Mariota
Adam Schefter was never a big fan of the Mariota to Eagles rumors, but now the ESPN guru has changed his mind. Speaking on 97.5 the Fanatic recently, Schefter said he feels the Eagles are definitely in play for the former Oregon Ducks gunslinger.
“Count me in the camp that does consider (trading for Mariota) and option and a possibility,” Schefter said. “And I was not in that camp a month ago but I’ve come over to that side.”
The Eagles currently hold the 20th pick, meaning to land Mariota, they would almost certainly have to get up into the top five picks, if not the top two.
